FREE & Donation-Based Healing Arts: Sound Baths & Reiki

I offer FREE & donation based sound baths and Reiki by volunteering in person, posting FREE video offerings online, & sending distance Reiki. I am Reiki Level II certified and am a Level 2 Certified Sound Healer. 

How do my Distance Reiki Group Sessions work?
My Distance Reiki Group Sessions are shared via video on my socials and are open for anyone who wishes to accept and receive. If you are a $1/mo+ Sponsor on Patreon and you’d like your name and/or your pet's name and/or a specific intention infused into the session for a little extra focus on you and your needs, simply claim your monthly request on Patreon. You can also keep an eye out for my FREE Open Request Calls to the public on my socials/Patreon and reply in the comments. Either way, I’ll be sure to send some extra loving healing energy your way soon.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a healing arts practice, and the word itself means universal energy (“rei” = universal, “ki” = life energy). You can think of it as loving, healing energy flowing from the universe and sent through a practitioner who acts as a conduit to send it your way. It is thought to help with well-being, stress relief, healing support, and can only be used for good. Reiki originated in Japan and is now practiced around the world in various ways, including as distance Reiki where the energy is believed to reach you wherever you are, knowing where to go, what you need, and how to help.
